Goods delivered via Fastway couriers within 48-72 hours of receipt of payment (excluding public holidays). Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery after proof of payment is provided. Insurance is covered by Fastway while in transit. Shipping cost $40 to Melbourne metro areas, $60 to all major cities except Perth. Higher rates for remote areas of Australia. Pickup is available.
All parts and peripherals come with our twelve month return-to-base warranty.
Warranty void if case opened. If returned items are found to be not faulty, a $25.00 service fee plus any courier fees to return item to you will apply. We offer free over-the-phone support and onsite support may attract charges.
